About Koma-Booking:
At the end of the year, we are implementing our way of working!
As the live scene - or the music scene - is changing more and more we are trying to be as flexible as possible.
In 2024, we will offer 4 models of cooperation, of which 2 are limited in quantity!
Categorie A:
Booking and Management:
We build bands including booking and management.
- Maximum 10 Bands
- 20% per gig - no annual fee, no further costs for coaching ect!
Categorie B:
Booking Plus:
Festival booking or tour booking for bands that seem interesting enough to us!
- Maximum 10 Bands
- 20% per gig / 50.- per gig (negotiable)
- 100.- annual fee per category (festival or tour booking)
Categorie C:
Booking to Go:
Bands can apply here and we will get back to them if we have requests that fits.
- no annual fee
- 20% - if there is fee
Service for our Venue- or Festival-partners in which of course you can benefit from the requests that we get!
- No limit, no guarantee!

Bands can not apply for this. This category belongs to the bands of the partner agencies we work with.

Generally, the following always applies
What we offer:
Tourbooking: - We make targeted booking in a binding period of time that we have previously discussed with you and in a close cooperation. In Case we do the booking together with you or another booker we only get payed for the gigs we arranged.
We will work with the conditions you gave us. However, unrealistic expectations lead us to reject the booking, because we prefer to spend time in projects that also make sense.
Unrealistic is, for example: fixed fees every day of the week, guaranteed crowed, guaranteed number of gigs. - We're just bookers, not wizards!
As part of a tour we will organize everything around the tour what you can not or do not want to organize. (We Organize !! - We do NOT pay !!)
This includes:
- A propper tour route, so the least amount of fuel is consumed
- A professional tour poster (if desired)
- Overnight stays (as cheap as possible, as comfortable as necessary)
If desired and necessary, we also arrange good and cheap tour bus, tour manager and backliner, as well as a tour-accompanying promotion by proven professionals.
Festival Booking:
In consultation with you we apply you on a selected Festival-list in- and outside of Germany, as well as all the festivals we come across and where you fit.
Non-Exclivis-Booking:
We also like to work together with bookers in other countries or other partners of yours to achieve the best possible result.
Networking:
We travel to many festivals or visit locations and organizers in- and outside of Germany to consolidate our contacts and make a regular placement with coma bands possible.
Booking on request: If you find a Gig or a festival that seems to fit for you and your music, but you do not want to do apply yourself. For example: larger festivals, support requests from larger bands, larger Locations.
Spontaneous Booking:
Everything we come across, what seems to fit for you and your music.
We support with:
... optimizing your own bookings. What is a good or effective booking E-Mail.
... In terms of promo and label search.
... In terms of the realization of a good and affordable music video
... In terms of design and marketing Stuff!
... with all our passion and our ever-growing know-how.
What we DO NOT offer:
Booking without a goal: - "Just book us some gigs, no matter what or where"
We have extremely bad experience with booking ...somehow, somewhere, sometime.
"too far, too small, ... only Doordeal ??"
Small Venues/ Festivals: - Small clubs, clubs to which you already have a contact and everything that runs on portals such as Backstage Pro. You can much better do a DIY-Booking. Sometimes an agency also ruins your chances because the club thinks you would be more expensive.
Endless resurches : - "Can`t you just find something that fits for our music??" - Ahhh ... Nope !!
Usually we do researches for hours and we will apply for you anyway if we think that your music fits.
If you want to be advertised beyond that, you have to do the reserch and then we wright the mails.
Assisted music making:
It's up to you to keep us up to date on what's up with your band.
No matter if members get on or off, your band name changes or new dates are added... or there are revised Raider or Bios ... We do not ask you for it, you just have to send it to us!
What we are NEVER responsible for:
- The number of visitors on your gigs! If only 10 people in the house, than - sad but true - only 10 people wants to see you live!!
- Refund or free sending of instruments or stuff, what you leave on the gigs!
- The rental of locations or financing of accommodation, cars or fuel costs!
- Verbal abuse of frustrated musicians, if locations just do not want to book ... :-(
Generally we are NOT looking for more bands in Category A and B!!
In exceptional cases, we take on Bands or Artists for individual tours, as long as we are convinced that they appreciate our almost free, dedicated work. We only work with people that we can rely on in terms of keeping ups informed ant the EPK up to date...and of cause we expect you to appear at pledged gigs !
Our terms are 20% of the fee, so we only earn money if you do so!
Furthermore, an annual fee of 40.- Euro (!!)
